Mission Statement
The Legislative Committee will identify and track matters regarding statutes, regulations, and other laws directly or indirectly affecting the practice of environmental and public health, the profession of sanitarians and the interests of association members with the primary focus on the State of Connecticut. Timely identification, analysis and forwarding of information obtained by the Legislative Committee to the Executive Board, the CEHA committees and the association members will give CEHA a voice in the process and will promote and protect the members’ interests.
